Beneath your indifferent shadow-
And shake from me the dust of breath.
The cold dirt
Beneath your feet knows more of your touch
Than this hollow little thing
That loves you.

Dressing up as Minnie the Minx for halloween... oh yeah.    Well, I was quite entertained by the BNP's appearance on Question Time. Simply due to human nature of course, the majority of BNP supporters who watched thought that ol' Mr Griffin did pretty well. Pretty well by their standards, I'll agree. I have to admit that the criticisms from both panel and audience were at times quite self-indulgent, but as for Question Time straying away from the issues of politics... well that's an odd statement coming from a RACIALLY MOTIVATED political party. The BNP of course have policies not concerning race, but the fact that they maintain policies

I've been neglecting dA recently... I feel very guilty :P Basically I've just got my courses sorted out- my English class is in a cupboard but is at least running, after-school psychology is playing havoc with my driving lessons, and I just got back into the swing of things with art after changing from expressive to tattoo design. Plus I've now got Uni courses to apply to, and personal statements to write! Woohoo...! But I've finally chosen the books for my English dissertation- 'Generation X' by Douglas Coupland and 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' by Hunter S. Thompson. I'm thinking my topic is going to be something about consumer cultu

aww gutted, hope you feel better soon
*cough swine-flu cough* lol

It was pretty cool- we looked out for your tea-drinking weirdo friend but I guess he didn't go, it was basically all girls that showed up :P
They'd made sooo much food for the free lunch thing and there was tonnes left over, it was a shame you guys weren't there to help get rid of it all lol...

but yeah it was good, there were leaflets and booklets galore, and this MSP came in to talk (about how great MSPs are ...)
They were promoting this climate change march in december called The Wave, and recruiting people for Oxjam and stuff. A lot of it was about ways to promote ideas and actually get people interested in charity events. I'll write a journal entry explaining it better at some point :P
